As a leading manufacturer of high-quality marine deck coverings, and a developer and producer of flooring systems and construction chemicals, we offer solutions that are highly regarded worldwide, not only on cruise ships, mega-yachts, ferries, naval vessels and offshore platforms.

We are looking for staff for our site in Bremen as soon as possible, a

Internal Sales Representative & Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Shipbuilding Division

You’ll be taking on a a versatile liaison role between the sales department, customers and internal specialist departments and you will actively support international projects and contracts from an office-based role.

How to get involved

  • Supporting sales managers in their day-to-day operations and with projects
  • Preparation, tracking and commercial review of quotations and orders
  • Providing independent support to international clients
  • Coordination of order processing and the worldwide dispatch of our products
  • Review and evaluation of tenders, specifications and tender documents
  • Involvement in pricing, cost assessment and costing

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
  • Work experience in internal sales, sales support, order processing or as a project assistant
  • Ideally, experience in an international environment
  • A sound understanding of business and a confident approach to working with figures
  • Organised, with a structured, independent and reliable approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with ERP, stock management or CRM systems would be an advantage
  • Good written and spoken German and English
