IMPORTANT PRODUCT-SPECIFIC DETAILS

 

Preparation of Substructure:

All deck areas have to be treated with TEFROKA CF-PRIMER. The areas have to be dry, clean and free from rust, oil and other foreign matter.

Fire rating:

TEFROKA PU-1-L complies with SOLAS 1974 and IMO Resolution A653(16)/A687 (17), FTP-Coed Part 2, Part 5 and Part 6.

Shipdeck-Covering. 2-component polyurethane system, solventfree
Underlay for floor coverings or to be used as finished decking on inside and outside areas.
 

Remark:

If a finished decking: additionally sealed with TEFROKA Sealer

 

Properties:

  • jointless
  • one or more coats possible
  • self-levelling or as mortar system
  • very low weight
  • very fast curing
  • viscoelastic
  • high abrasion resistance
  • very good adhesion to pretreated steel-, aluminium and galvanized deck surfaces
  • resistant against sea-water
  • withstands thinned mineral acids and lyes, gasoline, mineral oil, grease
  • open for foot traffic after 12 hours and ready to obtain all kinds of floor coverings
