Preparation of Substructure:

Pretreatment of steel-deck areas by applicator:
Dust-free blasting to Psa 2,5 or grinding to white metal (St3), thereafter application of 2-comp. Zinc red lead and 2-comp. micaceous iron oxide.

2-component epoxy resin system, solventfree.
For exterior deck-coverings with high demand on chemical strain and antiskid properties, f. e. cattle transporter etc
 

Properties:

  • Several coats, jointless
  • Excellent adhesion to pretreated steel-deck surfaces
  • Highly resistant to wear and impact
  • High resistance to mechanical and chemical strain
  • Antiskid after sprinkling
  • Open for foot traffic after 16 hours (+20°C)
  • Ready for use after 7 days (+20°C)
  • resistant to oils, thinned acids, lyes, excrements and several cleaner

Weight:
ca.4 kg/m² (filled resp. sprinkled)
in a thickness of 1,5 mm 

Strengths:

Bond strength to primed steel: 
approx. 1 - 1,5 N/mm²

Standard colours: approx. RAL 7012, 6001
