When planning a structure planners often
ignore the specifications of industrial flooring. The particular requirements of industrial
flooring determine its layout and design. A concrete base on sub grade must be designed so that it
can withstand enduring wear and stress. The quality of the sub grade is just as important as the
quality of the concrete base itself.
The wear index of the surface determines the
longevity of the flooring. The client however is confronted with additional qualities: anti-slip
control, enhanced flatness, chemical resistance, electrical conductance, physiologically safe just
to name a few.

As wear resistance is a particularly important
criterion, we have developed a resin-modified cement-based wearing course:
TEFROTEX® M industrial flooring. Since its introduction
TEFROTEX® has become one of the primary floor coverings on
the market.
In addition, we lay high-quality
hard-aggregate floor coatings for a variety of requirement classes in accordance with DIN 18560-7.
This type of industrial flooring is particularly suited for production buildings, warehouses and
car parks. We set standards for quality flooring and floor coatings.
