Screed represents the load distribution layer over a variety of floor substructures and has to be specifically designed for the intended purpose. Floating screed has the impact sound and thermal insulation layers situated underneath the load distribution layer. In addition the level underneath the screed is used for cables and pipe work. In this respect floating screed is a sophisticated building component.

Our newly developed TEFROTEX® LW light-weight screed is the perfect choice in floating screed, as it is not only light-weight and easy to work, it is also Building Material Class A and provides excellent fire protection.   In addition to our above products and services we design and install raised floors and false floors,   which provide complete access to all plumbing, electrical as well as network and data line systems.
