The new emergency room of Emile Mayrisch hospital, Luxemburg, has been launched early February 2011. After several years of construction, a large project has been finalized.

 

The entrance hall of the hospital is a large hall in white, floored with easy to maintain, light-coloured Terrazzo with sprinkles in beige. The Terrazzo floor continues the overall colouring of the entrance hall and underlines the friendly atmosphere. Owner and architects have consciously opted for a decorative Terrazzo floor and have also ordered platforms, steps and parts of walls made from Terrazzo.

 

Terrazo is the ideal choice for decorative and easy to maintain floorings. The Terrazzo installation and laying works have successfully been executed by GTF Technique de Sol s.a.r.l., Luxemburg, together with sister-company SFT Fussbodentechnik GmbH. TEFROTEX® Terrazzo, a nearly jointless, finely grinded Terrazzo, has been selected as product of choice and has been adapted in colour to the friendly atmosphere of the entrance hall.
